Community Center - Park Shelter and Gazebo Rental
(Effective January 1, 2015)

The Hanover Township Community Center located at 2595 Old Oxford Road, across from the Hanover Township Memorial Park, is available for renting by Township residents for meetings, parties, celebrations, and banquets when not being used for governmental purposes. The Center is comprised of a large open room area, restrooms, and a full service kitchen with appliances. The facility will seat up to 100 individuals banquet style comfortably. Rental periods are generally restricted to 7 hour blocks unless otherwise approved by the Township. The rental fee for use is $150.00 with a separate clean up deposit fee of $50.00 which is refunded if the room is left in satisfactory and clean condition. Tables, chairs, and garbage bags are provided by the Township. Information and room reservations may be made by calling 513-896-9059 or by email at administrator@hanovertownshipohio.org. Please be specific about the date and time desired when leaving messages for the Township. 

Shelter #2 nearest Morman Road in the Hanover Township Memorial Park and comprised of 4 picnic tables has been made available for reservation. Shelter #2 may be reserved with at least 72 hours notice (on regular business days). A permission form and liability release must be signed by the applicant. Shelter #2 may be reserved in 3 hour increments with a maximum rental period of 10 hours. The Township reserves the right to revoke any approved use for violation of rules and/or if the Township requires the use of the shelter for governmental reasons. Period of Permitted Reserved Use: April 1st through November 15th Fee Structure: Shelter #2 1-3 hours $35.00, 4-6 hours $70.00, 7-10 hours $120.00. No deposit required; fee only. 

Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of reservation; a percentage of the fee may be retained as an administrative cost as determined by the Administrator. A designated Shelter #2 Reservation form must be completed and submitted to the Township prior to reserved use. Reservations and changes are processed Monday through Friday only during regular business hours.

The Gazebo located in the walking path area is available for renting. The Gazebo may be reserved with at least 72 hours notice (on regular business days). The gazebo has 6 large picnic tables and electric. A permission form and liability release must be signed by the applicant. The Township reserves the right to revoke any approved use for violation of rules and/or if the Township requires the use of the Gazebo for governmental reasons. Period of Permitted Reserved Use: April 1st through November 15th. Cancellations must be made 96 hours in advance of reserved time; if less than that the fee is non-refundable. A designated Gazebo Reservation Form must be completed and submitted to the Township prior to reserved use. Fee: Gazebo 1-3 hours $50.00, 4-6 hours $75.00, 7-10 hours $150.00. No deposit required; fee payment only. Cancellations must be made 72 hours in advance of reservation; a percentage of the fee may be retained as an administrative cost as determined by the Township Administrator.

Reservations for all facilities and changes are processed Monday through Friday only during regular business hours. For convenience there is a 24/7 drop box located outside the office doors.
