Office hours for the Road Department and Cemetery Operations are generally from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. However, many times due to operational needs and projects everyone is out of the office in the field. For the Road Department, messages may be left at 513-896-7800 and a representative will call you back as soon as possible. Cemetery Operations may be accessed by calling 513-868-3681 or leaving a message at 513-896-7800.

The Fire Chief may be reached by calling either 513-863-6652 or 513-200-1404. It is recommended that to meet with the Fire Chief that a specific appointment be set. Messages may also be left at 513-896-9059.

The Township Administrator is generally available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. but hours vary due to township functions and meetings. The office is located at 2595 Old Oxford Road at the intersection of Morman Road. If you have specific business with the Township, it is recommended that an appointment be set with the Administrator by calling 513-896-9059 or 513-478-1814. Messages for the Board of Trustees may also be left at these numbers and will be forwarded to them.

The Fiscal Officer (Greg Sullivan) may be contacted by calling 513-543-8719 or leaving a message at 513-896-9059. Business with the Fiscal Officer may be handled by appointment or leaving telephone messages for information.
